At Smart Health Technology, we take great pride in our quality service and products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the proper steps below so that we may resolve your situation and assure you get what is essential to you.

Any customer who is dissatisfied with any Smart Health Technology products may return:

Unopened products within thirty (30) days after shipment for a full refund in the same method of payment of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).

Opened products with which the member is dissatisfied within thirty (30) days after shipment for a credit on the member's Young Living account of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges).

** Any products with which a customer is dissatisfied with (sealed or opened product or defective) can be returned up to ninety (90) days after shipment for credit of the purchase price and applicable sales tax (less shipping charges and a 10% handling fee)
